Hi Nice to see you back. I so agree with u SW are food pushers 100%. The food noise was unreal esp the mags & books. Im giving away the books i dont use as i only really use about 5. The recipes on utube are so much better plus i hate the low fat plan. Ive jumped ship to low carbs & its great😋🙌🏾👍🏾 I love fasting & eat twice a day most days focusing on whole foods proteins fibre & fats. I still think about food but counting proteins is so easy. I will always have SW in my head as veg fruit & lean meat i eat as much as i like. I have found that i buy a lot less fruit which has saved me some cash but now i want to buy more organic foods so 🤞🏾 it wont be that much more expensive. You are looking really well & wishing u well for ur wedding 👰💍🤵💒🥳🎊🎉🥂 Best of luck

This is totally me. I hate it!! mine is more in social situations just out of the blue in the middle of a conversation, or when I can't go to the bathroom like doctor's appointments and the dentist which is awful because I don't seek help. Because seeking help gives me more toilet anxiety. 😢 Mine started when I worked on an automotive assembly line and they wouldn't let me go to the bathroom. I'm sorry you are dealing with pain on top of it 😓 The most I did was give myself hemorrhoids 😬

At last you're back Chloe. I love the clothes thingy but prefer you doing your UA-cam blogs. Watched every one and have really missed them and learnt so much with the slimming world from you. Its so hard for people to understand this. My last 2 trips abroad were a 10 min taxi journey from the airport for this reason but even that 10 mins is in pure fear. I cannot go anywhere without a toilet and no longer than 10 mins in the car. Its so debilitating.

Hi Chloe I came across your toilet anxiety and fissure video as I suffer from a chronic fissure I was wondering where you are up to in your fissure journey as I am struggling so bad even though I’ve had 2 Botox treatments.I am starting pelvic floor physio soon then if that doesn’t work I have to have the sphincterotomy surgery x
